CasMan Developments Ltd. is a Kamloops contracting company built on the foundation of quality people and dedicated employees. We are owned and operated by two very different individuals, each with unique expertise. Together they combine years of construction and real estate experience in and around the Kamloops community. Their complementary skills allow for a perfect partnership of defined roles and responsibilities – two people working toward assisting you.
Jason Kennedy Owner
Jason started in the construction business straight out of high school by attending the BCIT trade contractor program while working his way through various aspects of the industry. His first company specialized in foundations before expanding into siding, framing and eventually full general contracting. Jason is the hands-on project manager of the company and has worked on many projects in Kamloops, Sun Peaks, Tobiano, the Shuswap and Barriere, as well as in Tumbler Ridge and Cold Lake, Alberta.
Greg Alm Project Superintendent
Greg joined Casman back in 2013. Greg has been a red seal carpenter for over a decade now specializing in single family residential construction. Greg has a keen eye for detail and loves a challenge. Greg has recently been promoted to project manager and is in charge of managing the Residential division within Casman Developments Ltd.
